Linc needs a bit of help to ride the scooter
Little boys playingWe had a great weekend with the other branch of the Hogan family, the boys enjoyed their time with Cael and Michael and Lindsey. Unfortunately they missed the great weather that came as they left town. We've been busy this week with a couple of trips to the park and a tour of the animal hospital today - it is spring break here and it is busy - we stay at home moms are spoiled to be able to avoid chaos and crowds usually but this week there are kids everywhere!
Linc is working on his vocabulary each day - so far we say "hot", "hat", "head" (yes he likes the H's) "shoes" and "ba" for many things including blanket and ball. He's getting more interested in reading each day which is good and his mommy needs to be a better reader!
We took a walk last night around the neighborhood and Carter rode his bike the whole way - it was a decent walk too - he is improving all the time on the bike and looks like such a big boy on it (even though it does have training wheels). Lincoln refused to ride in the stroller (big surprise) and instead jogged behind Carter - I wish I'd had my camera, it was pretty cute, he got his little arm swinging trying to keep up. We are going to have ourselves a really fun spring with these boys!
