We finally decided it was time to take the training wheels off the big bike - Carter's been riding Linc's without the training wheels since about June & Linc's been riding the big bike with the trainers - we switcheroo-od them this week and everyone is back on their own bikes & lovin' cycling! We took them to "daddy's work" today and they rode enough for Carter to get some blisters on his thumbs. Biking will undoubtedly be a big part of our fall! Carter rode up & down the street, over the curbs, in the grass tonight - he loves it & we are so glad to have him on the bike after many years of fighting it against the scooter which he loves but to be an all-American kind of Midwestern kid one should bike too, in my opinion!
